Immunohistochemistry of the skin biopsy. It revealed the expression of CD68 and CD163 in the histiocytic population, whereas there was no expression of CD1a and Langerin. Hematoxylin and eosin staining showed an accumulation of histiocytes with several foamy cells (× 200 magnification) (a).
